Pre-order Agreement
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Product.
2. PRICE, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY TERMS
Some Products will be available at the Seller's warehouse no later than October 30, 2026.
The Seller undertakes to ship the Product to the Buyer within 10 days after the balance payment is made.
To reserve the Product, the Buyer shall pay a fully refundable prepayment of $100. The remaining balance shall be paid before the Product is handed over to the Buyer.
Some Products are already available at the Seller’s warehouse and can be delivered to the Buyer within 10 days upon full payment.

3. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISKS
The Products are sent to the Buyer by the Seller to the address specified by the Buyer, or their transfer is effected by a delivery-acceptance certificate at the premises of the authorized Dealer Center.
Ownership and the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Product are transferred to the Buyer only after the full payment, as well as the Product has been transferred to the Buyer by the Seller.
4. WARRANTY
Manufacturer's Warranty: The Product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty for a period of 12 months from the date the Buyer receives them. The terms of the warranty are set forth in the User’s Manual, which is handed over to the Buyer.
5. CANCELLATION OF TRANSACTION
If the Seller violates the delivery term by more than 30 days, the Buyer has the right to a full refund.
6. MISCELLANEOUS
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
